Michelle Roatch holds a M.S.ED in Secondary School Counseling from Minnesota State University, Mankato, a K-12 Principal License from University of Minnesota, and is completing the Certifi cate Program in College Admissions Counseling from UCLA. Michelle's previous experience includes 20 years of academic, college and career counseling in public and private schools, standardized testing and career assessment, four year educational planning, and high school transcript review. Throughout her career, she has visited numerous colleges and universities across the U.S. and made several presentations to students and parents on college admissions. She also authored "Charting Your Course" booklets, a Career and Academic Planning Guide. Michelle is an active member of the National Association of College Admission Counselors, and the Minnesota School Counselor Association.
Cynthia Schultz holds a M.S.ED in Secondary School Counseling from Northern Illinois University. Cynthia's previous experience includes 28 years of public and private counseling. Her last assignment involved developing and implementing a comprehensive college counseling program at an all International Baccalaureate diploma high school in Michigan (named #1 in North America by Newsweek in 2003). During her career she has established strong affiliations with colleges throughout the U.S. Cynthia is an active member of the National Association of College Admissions Counselors.
